As summer rolls on, our SHA monthly meetings have taken our usual summer break for July and August. This does not mean, however, that our work is on vacation. To follow up on my email of June 23rd, City Council on July 6th gave final approval of the rezoning of the Inova Hospital site on Seminary Road from R-8 and R-20 to RB. R-8 and R-20 zoning permit only single-family homes, which would have allowed for 162 homes on the site.
